ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users were not able to open the branch batch.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should allow to open the branch batch.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open branch batch.
2. Logout.
3. Re-open the batch.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to branch.
