Virtual account name doesn't support  - . & / characters.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Virtual account name should support - . & / characters.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via user. Navigate to Create Virtual Account.
2. Try creating virtual account with name containing - . & / characters
