Symptoms

When attempting to Initiate Bill Discrepancy Acceptance Transaction,
following error occurs.

Timed Out Error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance-->Letter Of Credit-->Import letter of Credit-->Bill Discrepancy Acceptance
3. Select any bill, select resolution as Accept/Reject, initiate
