On : 14.5.0.3.0 version,
Unable to Roll a loan with an Exit Fee

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From CLDMNROL screen, rollover the loan account
2. During rollover, waive the Exit_Fee component
3. Save the record. Verify if its saved without any errors.

Due to this issue, users cannot rollover the loan account
