LCDPRMNT - Loans product LOV is not fetching the CL products having packaging credit flag enabled

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

LCDPRMNT - Loans product LOV should fetch the CL products with packaging credit flag enabled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a CL product with flag "packaging credit product" as checked, so this loan can be attached to the Trade finance products.
1) Open function id LCDPRMNT --> Unlock --> Under preferences tab, go to Loans section.
2) Under "Loan" field dropdown, chose "Collateral funding by Loan"/"Claim settlement by Loan".
3) Loans product LOV is not listing the CL product which has been defined with "Packaging credit flag" checked.
