Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The values for external SDEs are not being derived for accounts in Ratio Method.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The derivation of external SDE should be done in Ration Method.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the EOD
2. Verify the pool execution.
3. Verify the External SDE values.
