ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Value dated balance are not considered for IC calculation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should consider the value dated balance for the IC calculation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform the IC formula change.
2. Run the EOD
3. Verify the calculation of IC accrual

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,incorrect accrual has been triggered.
