Upon Clicking On Back Button In Exception Window, Instead Of Taking To Previous Screen It's Taking The User 2 Screen Back

When admin user is clicking on back button of exception window, instead of taking to previous screen its taking the user 2 screen back.
When admin user is clicking on back button of exception window, it should take the user to previous screen.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Admin user -> Controls and Monitoring- Working WIndow
2. Go to Exception Window-> search for created exception window result
3. click on any one result set -> edit -> save ->click on back->instead of taking to previous screens, it is taking previous-to-previous screen
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot go to previous screen in exception window.
No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
