Symptoms
On : 14.6.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
When attempting to authorizing the Facility maintenance the following error occurs.
ERROR

GE-EXT-002 - External System maintenance not available,
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do the facility creation and authorize in the Screen GEDFACLT
2. System failed with the Error
GE-EXT-002 - External System maintenance not available,
