TD: Term Deposit Booked On Charge Date Falling On Holiday IC-0016 error While Modifying

Symptoms
On : 14.0.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET
There is a term deposit booked in 7x version (before migration) with charge start date as holiday. In 7x, there was no validation for Holiday treatment.
Now, user is trying to modify this TD in 14x (after migration) and facing error while saving - "Charge start date is a Holiday".
ERROR

IC-0016 "Charge start date is a Holiday".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Unlock existing TD whose charge start date or account open date is before migration (booked in 7x)
2. Change maturity instruction (auto rollover/close on maturity)
3. Update Payout account details
4. Click on save
5. Error upon save - "Charge start date is a Holiday"
