FCUBS: GEDCUMIG Screen Description and Menu is showing wrong name

The screen GEDCUMIG is showing the wrong description and also the menu patch is also wrong.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Screen description and Menu should be with correct name.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter GEDCUMIG screen.
2. GEDCUMIG is showing the wrong description.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, GEDCUMIG Screen Description and Menu is showing wrong name.

Changes

 Fix provided to GEDCUMIG SCREEN label and menu label corrected.
