Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a user does map all accounts in the user account access it shows success but the account is not getting mapped.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When a user does map all accounts in the user account access screen, it shows success, and also the account is getting mapped.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to an application as an admin user
2. GCIF -> Onboard new user -> Do user account access -> Map all accounts
3. Accounts are not getting mapped.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot map the accounts in user account access screen

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
