On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is allowing to open till in 9001 for Till ID which is closed in SMDLMTIL


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not allow to open till in 9001 for closed Till id in SMDLMTIL


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Go to SMDLMTIL and close the record for one till
2. Go to 9100 and try to open Till for the closed Till id
3. System allows to open Till for the closed Till id.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, System allows to open Till for closed Till ID.
