Checklist Document Mandatory Indicator save value as TRUE/FALSE rather than Y/N

Found the Table APPLICATION_CHECKLIST_ACTIONS - ACA_MANADATORY_IND VALUE is stored as TRUE/FALSE. It need to be saved as Y/N.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should store the Mandatory indicator value as Y or N instead of TRUE/FALSE.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open any approved application at origination screen.
2. Open Check List Tab and then Open Document Tab next to regular tab.
3. Edit the document - Select/Unselect the mandatory checkbox then save and return. System should the value as Y/N where as currently its storing as TRUE or FALSE.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot have the value for Mandatory indicator value as Y or N.
