OBTF | LCDTRONL - Unable to link Liability in Liability Link Maintenance for Customer with USD CCY | Identical Record Exists (Doc ID 2918288.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to link the liability with customer for USD ccy system in Customer to Liability Link Maintenance,
the following error occurs.

  An identical record exists. A new record cannot be created EXISTS

SIMULATION STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create a customer with Track Limit enabled and Liability created by the system in Local ccy ( DJF)
2. Create Facility in local ccy DJF using GEDFACLT screen and link the facility in LIDTRONL screen for DJF facility
3. Create the liability in USD using GEDMLIAB screen for the same customer
4. Create Facility in USD for the same above liability.
5. Try to link the facility in LIDTRONL screen in Parties Limits tab for USD ccy. Its shows only the facility in local ccy not in USD.
6. Try to link the liability with customer for USD ccy in GEDCULIK and note the EXISTS error
