Symptoms
Actual Behavior
When a user books an SI contract, system is not populating the ORDERING_CUSTOMER5 column data in ISTB_CONTRACTIS, even though the data is present for the customer.
Due to this the payment is failing as the required data is not present for the message to be generated for ordering customer.
Expected Behavior
If ORDERING_CUSTOMER5 is provide during booking the SI contract then the same need to be update in the respective table.
Steps
1. Book an SI with ordering customer details till 5
2. Check the Settlement screen after save.
Business Impact
Due to this issue, users cannot check the inputted ORDERING_CUSTOMER5 detail.
