When Third Party Providers (TPP) tries to onboard via Dynamic Client Registration(DCR), following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
DIGX_AU_075: Software ID does not match with SSA Software ID.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Creat DCR JSON Web Token(JWT) containing optional software_id field.
2. Place the JWT Token in the body of the Register Client API [/digx-auth/ext/register] and note the error return by the API.
