Symptoms

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

In Usergroup the Full name is showing as "undefined".


ERROR
-----------------------
System is displaying "undefined" instead of user full name.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Simulation steps
1.login as maker
2.go to Pending for approval in activity log
3.click on any one txn ref
4.click on the detail journey click on the checker group (user group)
5.Full name is coming as "undefined" 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view user group full name.

Changes

 No Changes done on environment.
