Error.log File Is Not Rotating after 5/10 MB and Is Getting Logged in a Single File Only (Doc ID 2918849.1)

On Managed server restart the Error.log file is not rotating after 5/10 MB (Mega Byte) and is getting logged in a single file only, due to which the file size becomes huge and not able to open.
How can logging be configured to resolve above issues?
