ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Card numbers are not getting generated

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should generate the card number.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a web service request for Card master.
2. Verify the card number generation.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the card numbers are not getting generated.
