Symptoms

When a corporate user is attempting to reset the password using an HTTPS URL
the following error occurs.

ERROR

On Screen - "System cannot process the request, Please try again later"

STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Browse the OBDX login URL
2. Reset the Password -> Observed above mentioned error


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to reset the password using OBDX HTTPS URL

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
