Joint Account Details Not Appearing In STSCUSVW (Doc ID 2919404.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Joint Account details not appearing in STDRETVW, when we navigate from STSCUSVW

Joint Account details do not appear when we navigate via 360 view STSCUSVW . However, if the Joint Accounts check box is selected and the CIF is queried from the detailed screen, then Joint Account details are returned.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Joint Account details must be available by default when we navigate via summary as it was working in v12.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query a customer record from stscusvw which has joint holder accounts attached to it
2. Under accounts tab, verify if the joint holder accounts are displayed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the joint account details in STDRETVW screen
