Symptoms

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to Payment settlement,
the following error occurs.

IS-SWT002 error message showing for SWIFT valid character


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Call Bill and copy
2. Goto Settlement
3. Pick Nostro and goto Payment details
4. Input Valid SWIFT X Character + and Save

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save the payment operation .
