Symptoms

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

Unable to unblock the credit card

While trying to initiate a transaction to unblock the credit card, there is no any dropdown coming to select the reason.
But when we confirm the transaction getting an error. As per logs, reason is expected.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into obdx by corp user
2. Go to credit card section
3. try to unblock credit card
4.when click on confirm button system will throw error "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot unblock credit card.
