Symptoms
When attempting to build the workspace,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Error: Command CompileSwiftSources failed with a nonzero exit code
Module compiled with Swift 5.7.1 cannot be imported by the Swift 5.5.2 compiler:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Build the workspace into XCode.
