ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System is not handing-off the accounting entries posted in OBTF to FCUBS.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Whenever any contract is created involving GL/ Nostro/CASA, accounting entries should be posted in Core and balance should be updated
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, System is not handing-off the accounting entries.
Changes
Block release status should be passed as P for EA transaction.
