Symptoms
On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
When attempting to reverse the charges thru user defined event
the following error occurs.
ERROR

UD-GST002 - Maintenance is improper/not available for GST refund period
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a bank guarantee charges to be reversed thru user defined event.
2. Ensure mismatch in the goods service tax number generated.
3. Try to reverse the charges.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot refund the charges collected.
