International Payments SI or One time Payment does not work if BIC/ NCC Code is closed
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with any Retail\Corporate user and try to initiate the Payments SI or One time Payment using one of the beneficiary mapped to that user.
2. Make sure one of the SWIFT\NCC is closed from the list of beneficiary attached to that user.
3. Application hang on Screen and No error is thrown to user as Invalid NCC or BIC Code
