Symptoms
On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET
When attempting to book bill contract,if the parties name/address details exceed 35 characters,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book one BC contract from BCDTRONL screen
2. Put the DRAWEER/DRAWER party name/Address more than 35 characters.
3. System won't allow to save the transaction. It shows the error: The length of Party Name and Address of DRAWER should not exceed 35 characters. BC-SWIFT01
