OFS BD 8.1.2.1 - Rejection In DIS Files Due To Unique Key Constraint Violation (Doc ID 2924433.1)

Symptoms

While loading account file, few records are getting rejected due to below reason
"Failed DB validation. Reason: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (OFSAAFCCM.ACCT_SEQID_IDX) violated"

The rejected accounts are new accounts, but the existing sequence number is getting allocated to these new accounts.
