Symptoms

On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET

SI error whilst close an account although no SI's are present


ERROR

ST-CUS21 Account cannot be closed since standing instructions are present


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From STDCUSAC screen, try to close the customer account
2. Verify if user is able to close the account successfully.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the customer account
