Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Accounting handoff failed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should process the handoff entries on retry process.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Post the handoff entry with account keeping no credit.
2. Remove the credit entry restriction.
3. Retry the handoff entries.
4. System should post the entries.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, accounting entries are not getting posted.
