ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Issue details: Same Maker-Checker ID (Officer)at Manual Closure with Balance
Closed Account: XXXXXXXXXX12
Transferred to- XXXXXXXXXX41
Maker/Checker: MJ37303

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When manually closing the account on the STDCUSAC screen, both the maker and checker of the transaction should have the officer's and teller's id.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
• Branch requests approval to reverse the overdraft charge to close the account XXXXXXXXXX12 in the amount of 1,873.53
• A deposit of 2,600.00 has been made to the account which resulted the account to have an outstanding balance of 2,600.00
• Branch manually closed the account through the STDCUSAC screen
• Branch selected the FTRQ (Fund Transfer) close mode
• The branch input the revolving account number
• The system charges 500.00 for Below Maintaining Balance (BMC) upon closing, resulting in 2,100.00 remaining balance
• The remaining balance has been transferred to the branch revolving account.
• Account closed.
