System does not allow to delete contract -
Version 14.5.0.4.0

ERROR
-----------------------
Action not allowed on Contract with pending External Credit Approval - TF-AC-004

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create one BC contract under import LC (B085) and saved the contract.Customer's account balance is 0 (in all accounts).
2. In settlement give 0 balance customer account for Debit and Save the contract.
3. ECA is rejected as balance is 0. Click on Delete for deleting the contract. System doesnt allow to delete.
Tried to Delete. System drops error "Action not allowed on Contract with pending External Credit Approval - TF-AC-004

Below is the behaviour when tried with auth and non auth user for the above case.
i) When tried with non auto auth user - contract is Un-authorized and ECA rejected, So when clicked on delete, Contract deleted properly.
ii)When auto auth user is used - Contract is in authorized state where as event log(CSTB_TF_CONTRACT_EVENT_LOG) and accounting (Tftb_accounting_txn) tables are in Un-authorized state and ECA rejected. Here system doesn't allow to delete with the error TF-AC-004.
As user doesn't want to retry in this scenario as the account has 0 balance and want to delete the contract.
System doesnt allow to delete and there is no reverse option available for such contract.
How can user revert back the contract ? what are the possible cases to achieve this.
