BCDTRONL - Not Fetching The Corresponding LC Ref Number in LOV (Doc ID 2925906.1)

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bill and Collection Contract Detailed - LC User Reference not found

When user try to call a record on the 'Bills and Collection Contract Detailed(BCDTRONL)' screen using the LC Reference Number, there is no record coming back on the screen in the LOV

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The LC Reference Number should be fetched in the LOV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a LC contract.
2. Create a BC contract and verify if the LC contract number is fetched in LC reference LOV

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot link the LC reference while creating the BC contract
