Symptoms

On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to enrich the customer account details in CLDACCNT, system throws unhandled exception.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch screen CLDACCNT
2. Choose product code, currency and Customer details
3. Click Product default, system generate account number successfully as per mask
4. Now Click Enrich button, system shows "Unhandled exception" error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new loan accounts leading to business interruption and customer complaints.
