Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
on changing the instruction code at account level from the LOV, instruction parameters will both be refreshed based on the newly selected instruction so sweep will not be executed/ calculated properly ( check attached screenshot ).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
system should pick instruction parameters based on the selected instruction code

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- create/ authorize one sweep structure and add instruction details at account pair level.
2- modify the structure created in step #1 by
  - Edit one of the linked accounts
  - under instruction details, open the existing instruction then change the instruction code from the LOV
  - save and authorize the structure.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Sweep structure creation issue.
