Incorrect calculation in Absolute Pro-rata basis

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 The reallocation calculation should be as per the expected functionality.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the OBLM Structures with Reallocation method as Absolute Pro- Rata basis.
2. Verify the Reallocation amount.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,Incorrect amount has been derived.

Details on the issue:
--------------------------
In OBLM structure is created with reallocation method as Absolute Pro-rata basis. System is not doing the calculation as per the expected functionality. As per the method, system should allocate the amount based on (Total Interest* Account Contribution/Sum of Contribution). The issue has been discussed with PEG team Ajith & Sridhar. Kindly log the issue in Bug DB.
