Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users are unable to log in into OBDX appliation after Patchset upgrade to 21.1.0.6.0. Getting "Access denied" error on screen.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR


Users should be able to log in using correct credentials.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Browse the OBDX login URL
2. Enter correct credential, User name & password -> User are unable to login


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to an application even if using correct credentials.

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
