On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Alert Notification not received for Grace Period Setup for all payment transactions . Even though the grace period Expiry alert configuration is maintained in the party preference screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Alert Notification should be received for Grace Period Setup for all payment transactions if the grace period Expiry alert configuration is maintained in the party preference screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to an application as an admin user
2. Party preference -> create -> maintain grace period Expiry alert configuration.
3. Login to an application as corporate user for which party preference is done.
4. perform any payment transaction -> grace period Expiry alert not received to approver and initiator.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not getting a grace period Expiry alert.
