KYC-The 'Promote To Case' Button Does Not Work Properly (Doc ID 2927625.1)

On KYC version

In the KYC application when the user selects low or medium assessment to manually promote a case. the KDD_CASES table is updated in the database with the new case, but it cannot be displayed in the ECM case search.

In the KDD_CASES table, the cases that are manually promoted have the OWNER_ID and ASSING_TO_ID fields null and remain unassigned. We have run an ECM-KYC batch and these cases are not assigned either.
