On : 14.0.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET
[FCCHKSIT] Unable to authorize CL payment due to error "CL-ADV-003"
At authorization of CLDPYMNT on test account in SIT, user is getting an error

CL-ADV-003 Failed to generate the advices
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to CLDPYMNT
2. Search for loan account for the payment
3. Input total amount due and input full settlement amount to close out the loan
4. Save
5. Login with another user
6. Search for unauthorize payment
7. Double click to authorize
8. Authorize the payment
9. Error is thrown
