File Status Moves to Error When File Upload Is Performed (Doc ID 2928014.1)

Symptoms

 

When attempting to perform Single Debit Multiple Credit (SDMC) file upload, following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
File is in ERROR state.

Error on HOST:
Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint PK_PMTB_INCOMING_LOG violated.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via user.
2. Navigate to Toggle Menu > File Upload > File Upload.
3. Perform SDMC file upload.
