Multiple Transfer Is Failing (Doc ID 2928081.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform multiple transfers.,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Transfers initiated successfully. Some transfers seem to have failed."


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as a retail user
2. go to toggle menu Payments
3. Payments and Transfer -> Multiple Transfers
4. Payee 2 added and saved.
5. click on confirm button, error as mentioned above is noted

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, The user is not able to perform multiple transfers.

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
