Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

New Payee is not getting created when photo of payee is uploaded

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Payee should be created even if photo is uploaded

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX application as retail user
2. Click on the toggle menu and navigate to Payments->setup->Manage payees and billers
3. Try to add new payee by uploading payee photo,payee details are not saved.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able add image in new payee

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
