Add Money to Wallet for -"Request from Wallet" Option Is Not Working. When User Clicks On The Link Received Via Email, They Are Getting "Access Denied". (Doc ID 2928096.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When retail user is trying to add money from wallet using "Request from Wallet" option, "Access Denied" screen gets shown when they click on the given link in payment approval mail.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When retail user is trying to add money from wallet using "Request from Wallet" option, "Access Denied" screen should not be shown when they click on the given link in payment approval mail.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as retail user who has registered wallet ->Payments-> Payments and transfers -> add money from wallet-> Request from Wallet
2. Enter Mobile number of another user who has registered wallet, Amount & Note -> Submit- >confirm
3. user, whose mobile number was entered will receive payment approval mail -> User is shown Access Denied" screen upon clicking on the Given link in the mail

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Add Money to Wallet using "Request from Wallet" option.

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
