unable to view header details

Should be able to view the OBDX NP header details

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. View any OBDX created structure
2. Right click on OBDX NP header account and select view

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, unable to view header details
