RELATED _ACCOUNT field is coming as null

RELATED _ACCOUNT should be populated


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- create sweep structure.
2- execute account pair sweep
3- check generated accounting entry at FCUBS

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the related account information are not available.
