Trying to close accounts, but also cannot close standing instructions linked to the account.
A user is trying to close the following accounts, but they have standing instructions present which prevent the accounts from being closed.
There are 6 ‘versions’ of a Standing Instruction. An error message of ‘Instruction cannot be closed’ is returned when he tries to close it. A another user suggested it may be because version 2 is closed, but when he tries to re-open that, the system throws another error message of ‘cannot be opened’.
Another instruction is showing as ‘active’ but also ‘closed’ and the system won’t allow him to re-open it, or close any other versions of it.
