ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Structure is not available in the filters but available in the Pool log details
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Structure should be available in the search screen filter even if it is closed to enable end user to get the history of accrual for past period date.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login with Maker to OBLM
2.Navigate to Monitor > Pool Monitor
3.Input customer ID; Filter by>all; from date: 1 Jan '23 > to date: 29 Jan '23; Include Inactive Structures > (Any)
4.Click Fetch
